Add butter to shopping list 1 Tablespoon butter

Add chopped onion to shopping list 1 cup chopped onion

Add chicken, skinned and diced (2 - 2 1/2 lbs boneless breasts) to shopping list 4 cups chicken, skinned and diced (2 - 2 1/2 lbs boneless breasts)

Add Worcestershire sauce to shopping list 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Add ground mustard to shopping list 1 teaspoon ground mustard

Add black pepper to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Add (14 1/2 ounce each) stewed tomatoes to shopping list 2 cans (14 1/2 ounce each) stewed tomatoes

Add hot water to shopping list 5 cups hot water

Add green beans to shopping list 1/2 cup green beans

Add peas to shopping list 1/2 cup peas

Add large potatoes, diced to shopping list 3 large potatoes, diced

Directions:

In a large stock pot (5 quart) melt butter; add onion and saute until tender. Add chicken and brown well on all sides.

Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard and pepper. Stir in tomatoes and water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Add green beans, peas and potatoes. Simmer another 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.

Serve hot.
