Broiled Crab English Muffins

These toasted seafood snacks are a sure hit

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Add English muffins, split to shopping list 6 - 8 English muffins, split

Add crab meat to shopping list 8 ounces crab meat

Add margarine (1/2 stick) to shopping list 1/4 cup margarine (1/2 stick)

Add garlic powder to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

Add Lawry's Seasoned Salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Add Old English Cheddar Cheese spread to shopping list 1 jar Old English Cheddar Cheese spread

Shopping List: Select Shopping List Adds all checked () ingredients to your Shopping List.

Directions:

Toast English muffins. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, then spread over toasted English muffins. Cut muffins into fourths. Broil under low heat until spread begins to brown.
