Heath Bar Mousse

Yield: Makes 10-12 servings

Ingredients

Add whipping cream to shopping list 1 cup whipping cream

Add confectioners' sugar to shopping list 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Add mini Heath bars, finely ground to shopping list 6 mini Heath bars, finely ground

Add baking cocoa to shopping list 1 cup baking cocoa

Add dark rum to shopping list 2 tablespoons dark rum

Directions:

Chill a mixer bowl and beaters. Combine the whipping cream, baking cocoa, confectioners' sugar and rum in chilled mixer bowl.

Beat at low speed with chilled beaters. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form, scraping the bowl occasionally; do not over beat. Spoon into a mixing bowl; sprinkle with the candy bar.

Serve immediately or freeze, tightly covered, in individual serving dishes.
