Smoked Lox Torte

Ingredients

Add (8 oz.) round Brie cheese to shopping list 1 pkg. (8 oz.) round Brie cheese

Add salmon lox to shopping list 6 slices salmon lox

Add capers to shopping list 1 teaspoon capers

Add fresh dill weed, chopped to shopping list 1 teaspoon fresh dill weed, chopped

Add assorted crackers to shopping list assorted crackers

Shopping List: Select Shopping List Adds all checked () ingredients to your Shopping List.

Directions:

Cut cheese horizontally in half. Place 5 slices of the lox on bottom half of cheese. Sprinkle with capers and chopped dill weed. Top with other cheese half. Roll remaining lox slice to fore a rose shape. Garnish cheese with lox rose and serve with crackers.
