Taco Pork Chops with Corn Salsa

Ingredients

Add boneless loin pork chops to shopping list 4 boneless loin pork chops

Add oil to shopping list 1 teaspoon oil

Add dry taco seasoning mix to shopping list 2 Tablespoons dry taco seasoning mix

Corn Salsa:

Add prepared corn relish to shopping list 1/2 cup prepared corn relish

Add green onions, chopped to shopping list 2 green onions, chopped

Add fresh cilantro to shopping list 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro

Add taco seasoning mix to shopping list 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix

Directions:

Mix oil and seasoning mix; brush on chops. Cover and grill pork chops over medium heat for 12 to 14 minutes, turning frequently until done. Serve with corn salsa.

Corn Salsa:
Mix together corn relish, green onions, cilantro and taco seasoning mix; serve with pork chops.
