Chocolate Mousse with Cookie Crumbles

Ingredients

Add cold, fat-free milk to shopping list 3/4 cup cold, fat-free milk

Add (1.4 oz.) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix to shopping list 1 package (1.4 oz.) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

Add reduced-fat sour cream to shopping list 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Add reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed and softened to shopping list 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed and softened

Add vanilla extract to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add (8 oz.) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed to shopping list 1 container (8 oz.) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed

Add chocolate cookie crumbs to shopping list 1 tablespoon chocolate cookie crumbs

Directions:

In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be very thick).

In a separate bowl, beat the sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla. Add pudding; mix well. Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon into individual dishes. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.

Refrigerate until served.
